Chemical & pH Sensors

Sapphire Ag goes beyond flow measurement delivering real-time chemical and environmental insights, providing deeper visibility into water quality and system conditions.

Chemical & pH Sensors

Overview

Sapphire Ag solid-state pH and chemical sensors deliver accurate, reliable, and continuous measurements in a compact, scalable, small-footprint stainless cylinder.

Our family of sensors measures a group of chemicals in fluids. The element design is tuned to the test requirements of each chemical group. The Farming & Ag group senses for nitrate, sulfates, potassium, sodium (salts), arsenic and calcium. Oil & Gas is a different group, as is Mining.

It is solid-state sensing technology. This design reduces the limitations of conventional liquid-type chemical sensors, and enables robust operation across a range of demanding environments.

Our chemical probes have a life span of several months to years, depending on contact with the fluid and test intervals. The Sapphire Ag sensor is therefore rechargeable, replaceable and/or reusable after cleaning the removable cartridge.

The Sapphire design extends in-use performance life cycle with an optional service and replacement cartridge plan.

The industrial stainless steel housing is ideal for harsh environments such as mining, fracking, compost and waste sites.
